The new building responds to the existing campus and introduces a reception hall linking the existing accommodation with new office space.

Large windows with solar shading provide natural light. Exposed concrete soffits and displacement ventilation support energy efficiency and internal comfort.

The reception uses profiled glass with areas of curtain walling. Office accommodation combines facing blockwork, powder-coated aluminium windows and cedar solar shading.
