KBS Phase 2
A feasibility study for a new 4,650 sqm academic building for the School of Economics, providing teaching spaces, meeting rooms, open-plan and cellular offices, and breakout and social areas, alongside the refurbishment of existing buildings.
The design creates flexible, well-connected spaces with a clear identity for the school.
A circular landscaped courtyard forms the focal point, while the layout maintains views towards the lake and surrounding woodland.
