Cornish Architects provides innovative, creative and sustainable design-led projects across the UK. We put our clients first, listen to their project ambitions and produce thoughtful, appropriate designs to meet their aspirations.

Established in 1953, Cornish Architects has been committed to, and maintains its belief in quality, integrity and attention to detail. Architecture considers space, light and form to create buildings and environments that combine pleasure and synergy for everyone that sees, experiences and occupies them. The majority of our work comes from recommendations and long-standing relationships.

Cornish Architects is a RIBA Chartered Practice based in Central London. Our staff are a vibrant and committed team of Architects and design professionals. We have a proven track record in the delivery of ambitious, imaginative and individual designs across a wide range of sectors. We work enthusiastically and collaboratively to deliver the very best solutions for our clients. Our projects cover many different types of buildings in both the public and private sectors.

Our approach is to work closely with our clients to develop the brief and propose a coherent design response to maximise value. We are inquisitive and imaginative. With our solid knowledge and experience we analyse each brief, its individual site and its context. We then propose creative design solutions to maximise each site’s potential.

We work collaboratively with other design team members at every stage to create cohesive and sustainable solutions. Advances and changes in town planning, regulations, materials and sustainability are carefully monitored and embraced so that we create innovative buildings that tread lightly on our planet. We believe in responsibility to the environment, to our people, our clients and our communities.

We strongly believe in the social power of good architecture to enrich and inform all sectors of society. We also understand the commercial dynamics that allow development and progress to happen and take shape.
