Darwin College

Darwin College opened in 1970 and includes student accommodation and associated facilities.

As part of an ongoing upgrade programme, the project reconfigured and refurbished the accommodation to provide 32 student kitchen and dining spaces, alongside the refurbishment of 310 bedrooms across 62 flats.

Works also included upgrades to the reception, circulation areas and access corridors, together with the renovation of two lecture theatres and improvements to accessibility throughout the building.

The team completed the refurbishment while the building remained occupied.
