Axis J9 Phase 1

The employment development provides up to 53,000 sqm of commercial floorspace, with car and HGV parking, hardstanding and associated facilities.

Phase 1 comprises six buildings delivering 12 units, designed for flexible B1(c), B2, B8 and ancillary B1(a) uses. The proposed floorspace totals 21,684 sqm (233,410 sqft GIA).

The warehouses offer clear internal heights of 8 m and 12 m, with larger units including office space.

The development meets Cherwell District Council’s Zero Carbon requirements and targets a BREEAM “Very Good” rating and an EPC rating of “A”.
