Link 9 Bicester Phase 3

The third phase of a commercial employment campus development, delivering a total of 49,917 sqm (515,788 sqft).

This phase comprises two units, providing 26,785 sqm (288,316 sqft) of floorspace. Each unit includes 50 m deep secure service yards, with dock levellers, level access loading, and associated parking.

The warehouses offer 12 m clear internal heights with ancillary office space. Offices are fitted with raised access floors, LED lighting and VRF comfort cooling, with good levels of natural light throughout. Double-height entrance and reception spaces are defined by feature lighting.

The development targets a BREEAM “Very Good” rating and an EPC rating of “A”. The first unit, totalling 11,172 sq m (120,255 sq ft), was completed in April 2019, one month ahead of programme. The second unit commenced in May 2019.
