X2 is a two-storey industrial and warehouse facility with ancillary office space at Heathrow Airport.

Each level has its own service yard, with access to the upper level provided via two one-way ramps.

Cornish Architects acted as project architects for the detailed design and construction stages, following earlier concept research and development studies.
