The second phase of the employment development delivers 23,225 sqm (250,000 sqft) GIA across two units, with car and HGV parking, hardstanding and servicing areas.
The buildings provide flexible B1(c), B2 and B8 accommodation with integrated office space. The warehouses offer 12 m clear internal heights. Each unit includes a 50 m service yard with dock levellers and level access loading.
The architecture continues the language of the earlier phase. Feature corner elements use rainscreen cladding with alternating fins and flat panels, with translucent cladding above.
The development meets Cherwell District Council’s Zero Carbon requirements. It also targets a BREEAM “Very Good” rating and an EPC rating of “A”.
