Westbourne Grove

A residential development comprising nine one, two and three bedroom flats within the Westbourne Grove Conservation Area, opposite a Grade II listed building.

The project removes two upper storeys of existing office accommodation and adds four lightweight floors above the retained ground-floor structure, including a penthouse level.

Works also include a new entrance at ground level, with plant and parking facilities within the basement.
