A residential development comprising 9 units of 1,2 & 3 bedroom flats in the Westbourne Grove conservation area, (opposite a Grade II listed building). The project involves demolition of 2 upper stories of existing offices and construction of 4 floors of lightweight structure including a penthouse level onto the existing ground floor structure – forming a new entrance at ground level and plant/car parking to the basement.
