The design draws reference from the 1930s architecture of the nearby underground station.

Planning consent has been secured for flexible commercial space (A1, A2, A4, A5 and B1) alongside one-, two- and three-bedroom flats. The elevations use brick and grey metal cladding, with glazed balconies.
