A commercial development involving the part-demolition, extension and refurbishment of an existing B2 industrial unit to deliver a 15,700 sqm food processing facility, with associated welfare facilities and external works.

The design provides large, flexible spaces for industrial and warehouse use, alongside ancillary office accommodation.

The scheme was developed in close collaboration with the end user to support long-term operational requirements.
