Old House
A proposal for the refurbishment and extension of a derelict grade 2* listed building to provide 6 new homes.
The design includes the removal of unsympathetic extensions, correcting alterations that the building has been subject to over the years. Working with the advice of a heritage specialist, design & conservation officer and Heritage England, we developed a proposal including a small extension to the existing building to create self-contained flats respecting the building’s original architecture.
