A proposal for the refurbishment and extension of a derelict Grade II* listed building to provide six new homes.

The scheme removes unsympathetic additions and addresses past alterations. Working with a heritage specialist, conservation officer and Historic England, the design introduces a modest extension to create self-contained flats while respecting the building’s original character.
