A new 2,500 sq m commercial unit in Basingstoke, replacing existing office buildings within an established employment area.

The layout consolidates access into a single point and improves site efficiency. Enhanced landscaping and additional planting support wider biodiversity.

Grey-toned cladding defines the building, with micro-ribbed panels to the offices and a feature band wrapping the warehouse. The design responds to surrounding buildings and creates an active frontage onto Stewart Road.
