The buildings follow modern operational requirements and relate to nearby developments, including Mercedes and JLR. Careful scaling, a restrained material palette and a sunken site layout reduce visual impact, with planting buffers screening the 15 m high units from surrounding views.
The scheme replaces outdated industrial uses, improving the value and performance of the site. New landscape features, including ponds and amenity spaces, support biodiversity and staff well-being.
Early engagement with planning officers informed the design, helping shape a coordinated and site-responsive development.
