Towergate

Designs for the second phase of Eclipse Park, a 16-acre business park in Maidstone, Kent, providing up to 31,500 sqm (340,000 sqft) of office space.

The first building, designed for insurance specialists Towergate, provides 3,800 sqm of accommodation across four floors. A double-height reception and lift gallery form the main entrance space.

Office areas maximise natural light and orientate views towards the surrounding countryside, while marking the park’s position at the entrance to the county town.

Detailed planning consent has also been granted for three additional buildings.
