Roche House

Three storeys of new office space created through the extensive remodelling of an existing building frame.

A central atrium links the floors and forms a key internal space. The structure is reclad externally and fully refurbished internally to provide modern, air-conditioned offices.

External areas are landscaped to create amenity space for occupants and improve the setting and approach to the building.
