Following a catastrophic fire, the scheme redevelops the site to provide a new laundry facility serving the five-star hotel market in London, supported by a fully electric vehicle fleet.

The building spans two to three storeys and provides 4,400 sqm of floorspace, including staff facilities, offices, and laundry and dry-cleaning operations.

The design uses a white metal-clad upper volume set on a grey masonry base. A glazed corner and feature rainscreen wall define the main entrance.
