A new headquarters building designed to support both corporate functions and the operational requirements of a regulated water utility. The scheme combines flexible, open-plan workspace with secure operational and technical accommodation, delivering a resilient and future-proofed facility.

Sustainability is central to the design, with an all-electric, low-carbon strategy targeting BREEAM ‘Very Good’ and enabling progression to ‘Excellent’. The building integrates energy-efficient systems, on-site renewable generation and a landscape-led approach to drainage and biodiversity, ensuring a considered response to site constraints.
