Repairs, recladding and internal refurbishment of Technology House and Orchard Fields following damage caused by an explosion at an oil depot.
Pru PIM Ltd commissioned the project, which included structural repairs, replacement of the external envelope and refurbishment works across approximately 8,000 sqm.
The team completed works at Technology House while the tenant remained in occupation.
