Milton Park

A proposal for a speculative laboratory development for MEPC at Milton Park, providing 5,600 sqm of accommodation.

The design comprises two buildings that can connect through a shared reception space.

Clean rectangular floor plates across two storeys provide flexibility for a range of tenants. An enclosed rooftop plant area allows space for additional equipment.

Services run vertically from the plant level through external ducts that also contain drainage stacks. Removable panels allow maintenance access from outside the occupied laboratories.
