Lineside Littlehampton

The project entered the practice following planning approval. Our role involved developing the approved scheme into a detailed tender package and progressing the design through to practical completion.

The design uses high-quality contemporary materials, with vertical glazing highlighting entrances and ribbon windows introducing natural light and ventilation into the office spaces.

The team also secured an NMA to enhance the soft landscaping, alongside a separate application for roof-mounted photovoltaic panels.
