This project forms part of the first phase of a 2,000 sqm masterplan providing flexible rental space for start-up and expanding biotechnology organisations.

The new building sits between two existing structures and delivers 825 sqm (8,880 sqft) of bioscience laboratories and write-up offices across three floors.

The fourth floor provides hot-desking areas, IT suites and welfare facilities. The development also introduces a new reception area that acts as a central hub for the wider centre.
