A proposal to develop the site for up to 45,966 sqm (494,778 sqft) of B1, B2 and B8 employment space, alongside roadside uses including a petrol filling station and restaurant, a car dealership, and an ancillary lorry park.

The framework plan sets out seven plots, with buildings ranging from 1,983 sqm to 9,320 sqm.

Initial site preparation works, including earthworks and ground profiling, are complete, along with the first unit.
