Redevelopment of a 9.9-hectare former office headquarters site to provide a range of employment units.

The scheme retains existing perimeter landscaping and introduces a landscaped recreation area. Units range from 3,800 to 43,000 sqft, with the flexibility to combine and support business growth.

Each unit includes a dedicated service yard and car parking. The design uses a consistent architectural language across the scheme, with variation between buildings to create identity.
