Cornish Architects have prepared designs for the second phase of Eclipse Park – a 16 acres business park in Maidstone Kent, providing up to 31,500sm (340,000sf) of offices. The first building to be constructed is an office building tailored to suit the particular requirements of the end user, insurance specialists Towergate. This building comprises 3800sm arranged on 4 floors accessed through a central double height reception space and lift access gallery.

All office areas benefit from high standards of natural light with orientation selected to take advantage of views to the surrounding countryside whilst announcing the parks position at the entrance to the county town.

Detailed planning consent has been granted for a further 3 buildings.
