Maldon

A new hotel and café in a regeneration area as part of a larger retail park. The hotel provides 60 bedrooms including three for use by people with disabilities. The site includes dedicated parking and servicing facilities. The design incorporates cladding in a variety of complementary tones providing a rhythm to the facade.
