The Railway Tavern

The refurbishment and conversion of an existing public house within the South Hampstead Conservation Area provides two self-contained office suites at first-floor level and six flats across the second and third floors.

The scheme retains and refurbishes the public house and ancillary accommodation at ground and lower ground floor levels.

The flats achieve a BREEAM “Very Good” rating.
