The cross docking ‘hub’ provides efficient circulation and handling space for intensive use.

Parcels are delivered from local depots and airports to 49 loading docks on one side of the building, sorted for individual destinations by sophisticated mechanical handling equipment and loaded for delivery through 50 loading docks on the other side. Special procurement techniques were used to deliver the project in record time.
