Geopost

A purpose built logistics facility for parcels handling specialists – Geopost, developed over two phases to house parcel handling equipment, ancillary staff and management facilities together with public collection arrangements. The initial phase provided a 3400sm (36,597 sf) cross dock facility, with the extension providing an additional 1292sm (13,907sf), 14 van loading bays, 2 HGV bays and associated hardstandings. The external works include landscaping to enhance biodiversity providing extensions to the green corridor, and a range of habitats including a rain garden.
