Finchley Road

The project refurbishes the entrance corridor to provide access to the new homes and adjoining premises. New accommodation is arranged within the existing building form, creating studio, one, two and three bedroom units.

A roof terrace provides communal and private amenity space with integrated planting and rainwater harvesting for irrigation. The scheme also includes secure cycle storage and high levels of acoustic insulation to support residential use on a major thoroughfare.
