Following successful completion of a public house & hotel development on this regeneration site, the third & final part of the scheme has recently been granted planning permission. The proposals for a Starbucks drive-thru will provide a new café facility for hotel guests and drive-by customers along Nar Ouse Way.
We have been working closely with the client, Equity Estates GB Ltd, to develop the former lorry park site, to provide leisure and retail facilities along the southern gateway to Kings Lynn city centre.
The building features Starbucks’ contemporary design with exposed timber rafters, glazed corners and a brick clad signage blade that pierces through the monopitch roof. The site arrangement has been designed to efficiently utilise the currently vacant land whilst working within challenging site constraints.
