Technology House

We were commissioned by Pru PIM Ltd to carry out repairs to the structure, total replacement of the external envelope and internal refurbishment of Technology House and Orchard Fields, following damage caused by an explosion at an oil depot.

Work at Technology House was completed with the tenant in occupation. Total development is approximately 8,000 sqm.

West 12

An established shopping mall with supermarket restaurants, bars and cinema decked car parking above with high level residential over. Our involvement has covered feasibility studies and major re-planning of the centre to accommodate larger retailers and relocate existing tenants, re-planning and upgrading of car park, investigation into improved vertical circulation for the public with lifts and escalators, re-organisation of supermarket, re-planning of shop units to accommodate new tenants and provision of new public toilets.

Riverside

An award winning conversion, restoration and refurbishment of a listed timber framed former warehouse and garage, adjoining the river in Lewes town centre to provide modern specialty shopping and a restaurant.

Ely Place

This project consists of the refurbishment and fit-out of a Grade II listed Georgian building to provide 7000sf of bright, contemporary office space. Particular attention was given to the existing original listed features in the building and their integration into a modern office environment.

Silwood Park

An incubator for spin out companies from the adjoining University Campus, known as the Technology Transfer Centre, and a Science Park for larger specialist organizations are located in a sensitive green belt setting. The buildings are designed with the flexibility to accommodate a variety of users in a style to relate to their setting and the adjoining listed building.
