A substantial new office building is grafted on to an extensively refurbished existing building in a Conservation Area. An excellent working environment is created with new high quality space throughout. The development restores the original street pattern with a sensitive modern infill with internal terraces created by the light angles.

Ely Place
This project consists of the refurbishment and fit-out of a Grade II listed Georgian building to provide 7000sf of bright, contemporary office space. Particular attention was given to the existing original listed features in the building and their integration into a modern office environment.

Displacement ventilation, overnight structural cooling and thermal mass are incorporated in the office design to provide a good working environment without air conditioning but with low running costs and minimal production of green house gases.
