Roche House

Three storeys of new good quality, air conditioned office space created by the extensive remodelling of the frame of an existing building. A new atrium forms a focal point and link between the floors. The modified existing structures are re-clad externally and completely refitted internally. External areas are landscaped to provide amenity space for the occupants and enhances the approach and setting of the building.
